the hotel gardens showcased the most beautiful array of flowers, it was like stepping into a dream. the delicious breakfast was served by friendly staff who made our mornings brighter. i appreciated the secure parking located just opposite the hotel.
The heat in the reception area was a bit intense. I wish it had been better regulated for comfort

They had parking spaces available when I arrived, helpful since I had a rental car.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found some dust on the furniture and the bathroom mirror had streaks. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The pastries seemed stale and the hot items were lukewarm. The lack of attention to detail impacted my stay.
