great hotel in central location
professional receptionquality breakfastpolite staff
the hotel accommodated our last-minute single room request efficiently. the reception staff showed great professionalism and availability. breakfast was abundant and of high quality providing a great start each day. the staff including juan were courteous and provided helpful recommendations.
the bathroom was small making it a tight space for taller individuals.

I was pleased with the welcome cocktail upon arrival. The reception staff arranged a meal in my room after I missed dinner! I appreciated the kindness of Suzana at the reception, she was very helpful. Staff were friendly at the bar too.

the staff was very helpful. i found the location convenient to both shops and the beach. the hotel had very clean spaces and i appreciated this.
my room wasn't very well isolated from noise. i could hear people talking in the corridor (even snoring in the next room at night). loud music and people yelling on the street also disrupted my sleep (this happened until 6 in the morning).
