the location is very convenient. it is close to many restaurants. the gym had a smith machine. the happy hour drinks are very affordable at 120php each.
the sky pool felt a bit cold.

The location was convenient. i could easily reach the beach because of its easy access. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items and tasted great. josh and jude, the waiters, were attentive. They made sure everything was perfect during our meals.
the air conditioning in my room made a slight noise at night.

I have stayed at the hotel several times. the location provides convenient beach access. the breakfast buffet had fresh fruits and a wide food selection. I especially liked the rambutan. i found the staff very courteous and helpful.
The air conditioning in my room seemed old. it did not get cold enough. I expected higher standards for this hotel. it overall did not entirely meet my expectations.

Staff members are attentive, especially in the restaurant. One server, oscar, knew how to communicate effectively with guests. He gave service above and beyond expectations. The bell boy, jed, also provided good service.

The room included good amenities and was well maintained. housekeeping kept the room very clean. They ensured a super cleaning service each day. the room design was nice, though it could benefit from minor updates.

the location was perfect! though the immediate surroundings of the hotel leave something to be desired. the hotel offers convenient access to the beach and a nearby beach resort. several great guides operate right outside the hotel on the beach.

Guests have complimentary access to sun loungers at the hennan beach resort. This is a useful perk. the hotel has a sky bar, a nice pool and easy beach access. The pool and the beach are really enjoyable.

Just Okay, I Guess

The location right on the beach was adequate. It gave easy access to the sand.
The noise was pretty bad. I heard constant banging and other disturbances. The paper-thin walls did not help. The staff seemed unenthusiastic. I had to ask twice to get my room cleaned and they barely changed the towels when they did come. I would not recommend a pool access room, children screamed constantly.
