My room was large. It was comfy too. Checking in and out went smoothly. The staff was wonderful . The location proved close to Covent Garden, which I wanted.

the location is great! it is within walking distance to many attractions. the staff was helpful and attentive. i liked that.
the security for the hotel is non-existent! there is often nobody at the front desk. the keys to the rooms are easily accessible for anyone coming in. off the street or into the restaurant.

The location is certainly a plus. The hotel is near many amenities in Covent Garden and provides easy access.. I also found the breakfast satisfactory. It was delicious with a reasonable selection.
The room I occupied was quite small. After opening my luggage, there was barely any space to walk in the room. I noticed a strange smell emanating from the bathroom, not pleasant.
