simple and clean stay

the check in process was simple enough. the room was clean and i had a spacious double bed. the bathroom was also very clean. free wifi was available to upload any photos taken.
the room faced a busy street. sleeping was difficult because of constant traffic noise.

hot drinks were available at any time, a definite plus. luggage storage was possible when i arrived early before check in and after checking out, a real help with travel plans.

breakfast offered a reasonable selection. it was nice and simple. the breakfast lady worked hard ensuring the buffet remained full, which i appreciated.

the location was very convenient for accessing public transportation. The staff were friendly and offered assistance when needed. The room was clean and the bathroom had soft towels.
the price seemed expensive for what i received. My room smelled a little musty. The window had a restrictor, so it could not fully open.

The bed felt comfortable with soft pillows, fresh sheets, and fluffy towels. The staff was very cute and friendly. Their customer service was beyond excellent. Breakfast had good and delicious items.
The lift was small. Only a few people could fit at a time.

The bathroom sink was SMALL. i could not wash my face without water splashing on the floor. My room was downstairs with little sound insulation.
