the staff were very helpful. i appreciated the room change that was organised after the first night. breakfast in the garden was good. the setting of the hotel is very lovely.
the bathroom was too small , the shower was tiny. the room had no fridge and no milk , so i couldn't make tea or coffee even though there was a kettle.

the location was very convenient to visit the village. the staff helped me a lot with directions. the parking was visible from my room. i appreciated that.
The hotel does not offer lunch options. The nearest restaurant requires a walk.

the breakfast included many options like fruit and pastries. i noticed that the breakfast could rival a 4 or 5 star hotel because there was a plentiful and excellent breakfast. the service was good.

My double room was clean. the bed was comfortable, though a little small. the bathroom had fresh towels daily. The room was quiet, away from street noise and the pool.

I found the hotel charming with its cozy décor. the garden and pool area are lovely. giovanna and marilyn were really good. They were always smiling and attentive. the rest of the staff was equally wonderful (i felt cared for). i especially liked that hiking paths were literally outside the hotel. free parking in front was also great.
i found the bathroom a bit small, and the shower felt tiny.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of cheeses, and many options were available. the presentation of the breakfast was beautiful. I especially loved all the fresh fruit. i found the service quick and attentive.

The welcome was warm and professional. I immediately felt at home. the entire staff was kind and helpful. they even gave me a great restaurant recommendation nearby. i felt very well taken care of.
