the breakfast selections were FANTASTIC. the staff was always smiling and willing to help. it is close by to downtown, a VERY good location.
the hotel offers a coffee machine for an extra charge. bathrobes and slippers were not available in my room. amenities were decent, but not great, I think.

The location was central to many attractions. I found it easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
The room had issues needing attention. The window did not close properly, a serious problem (especially since I was there in winter). the noise from the street made it hard to sleep well.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The room was spacious and modern, equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel's central location made accessing nearby shops and the beach easy. An iron was provided quickly after I requested it.
The lack of a ramp at the building entrance made carrying luggage up the initial set of stairs difficult. I think a ramp would significantly improve accessibility for all guests.

The hotel provides a coffee machine to use, though there is a charge. I noticed a boutique downstairs, where food and drinks are available for purchase at night. These facilities added convenience to my stay.
