Acceptable, but with issues

The apartment enjoyed a convenient central location.
Customer service was definitely lacking. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It was either cold or barely lukewarm. Water pressure was also a PROBLEM. Rinsing shampoo was an exercise in patience.

the location was central, exactly as advertised.
I found the lack of on-site staff after 5pm quite frustrating. There's just a number to call with limited assistance. also, the electricity tripped, causing the fridge and cooker to stop working.. it was inconvenient to deal with this alone. it would be better if there was someone available in person for emergencies.

Very nice Central Location! A Fantastic Stay!

The staff communicated well! They were helpful over the phone. The apartment is right near the city center! This location made walking to almost everything so easy. Tesco is located downstairs for convenience!
The bathroom extractor fan was a little dusty. The coffee machine dripped a bit.

Tesco Express and Sainsbury's are nearby! Key attractions such as The Circus and the Roman Baths Museum are within a short walk. I was able to easily leave my suitcase prior to official arrival time.

The apartment had a modern design with calm lighting. I found the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with oil, salt, pepper, a coffee machine, tea bags, and a kettle. Milk was provided in the fridge.
