lovely stay near cabot trail
beach proximitynice viewsrenovated buildingtight bathroom
the hotel is close to the beach, a definite plus for me. the location offered nice views overlooking the water. the breakfast was excellent, especially how they renovated a traditional building.
the room was spacious, but the bathroom felt a bit tight (i mean, really compact).

the cooked breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausages, and bacon. the cold breakfast options had a decent selection. it is ample (a simple meal), and it gets you ready for your day.

ocean locationcomfortable roomample parking
i found the location really good across from the ocean. the porch had chairs where i sat and enjoyed the sunset. the room was spacious it was comfortable too. breakfast offered a lot of variety it was excellent. the staff was friendly and informative of local attractions. the lawn had chairs where i could view the sunset over the water. the king bed was large in my room it was very comfortable. the views from the room were beautiful. parking was ample for all guests.
the bathroom had a slight odor it could benefit from more frequent checks.

the king room offered substantial space and included a private hallway it had excellent views of the water. air conditioning was available and the location was convenient to the restaurant and waterfront parks it was very restful.
