a hilltop haven
sunrise yoga free shuttle
the sunrise yoga sessions filled my mornings with peace. i loved the infinity pool, it shimmered under the sun. our suite pool view onsen was spacious, it provided amazing space for relaxation. the free shuttle service made trips into town simple, it was a huge help.
The hotel's layout felt a little odd. I had to walk outside to get to the elevator on some occasions. it was inconvenient.

Enchanting stay in a hillside haven
splendid seaview shuttle service complimentary massage
The expansive suite offered a splendid seaview. The colors of the night city were magical. The provided shuttle service made access to attractions easy. I especially liked the complimentary massage. The large room gave me the best sunrise views.
Some hallways needed more cleaning. I noticed dust.

I enjoyed delicious food . The restaurant offered both western food and Thai dishes. They also had a vegetarian menu. I liked the variety and quality of the meals.

The staff was very supportive and attentive to all my needs. They assisted with organizing taxis and tours when i needed their help. The team really worked with devotion. I really felt valued and cared for.

some issues with the stay
inconvenient layout slow service
the layout was inconvenient. to reach the pool or restaurant, i had to take the elevator to a certain floor, then navigate stairs (this was an issue since i was traveling with heavy luggage). also, the restaurant service was slow (i had to wait a long time for my order). i think they could improve these two aspects.
