Honestly, my stay wasn't exactly flawless. The noise from the nearby bar was AWFUL, and it went on until late every night. I needed earplugs just to get some sleep! the room cleaning was infrequent. I had to request it multiple times . I'm not sure i'd return because of these issues.

I found the rooftop pool to be a good amenity. It provides fine mountain views. The hotel also provided a 200 baht credit each day for food. It made snacking very convenient.

The front desk service was slow. It sometimes took a long time to get assistance.

The service was quite slow, especially during peak hours at the lobby. I waited almost 10 minutes to speak to someone about a simple request. This is unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities, i needed a kettle to prepare milk for my baby, but it was not available. I had to walk a considerable distance to get hot water. This was terribly inconvenient.

the location is excellent, you find a 7 eleven right across the street. it takes just about ten minutes to walk to the beach from here. the lobby has a cafe open all day and night.

the room felt small, it reminded me of a dorm room. there wasnt a closet in the room.

The gym had adequate equipment. and was acceptable.

The pool was in a separate building. It required a trek to get a drink because poolside snacks and beverages were not available. The room only provided two water bottles. Refills required a trip to building one, quite annoying. I would not stay here again due to these issues.
