a stay to remember!
fine viewsperfect cleanlinessgreat servicedated decor
my suite offered fine views and perfect cleanliness! the service was great. the food was delicious and varied. i appreciated the attentiveness of alaa and moyra .
the building seemed a little dated internally! some decor elements need refreshing. two lamps in my room didn't work, a bit inconvenient. i expected milk to be available free for tea and coffee.

The king suite included a living area with comfortable seating and a large tv. a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The bathroom featured dual sinks and a separate shower and tub.

The breakfast buffet was comprehensive (I enjoyed the variety). The hotel room was clean and tidy. The staff was generally helpful and always smiling. There was also a convenient shuttle bus to the beach.
The hotel room I booked differed from the one I received. This was a disappointment. It was impossible to cross the road easily. The noise was sometimes unbearable.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious with everything i needed. breakfast had a good variety (the pastries were a nice touch).
the mini fridge in my room leaked a lot. some towels had yellow spots on them. when i called the front desk about the fridge, nobody came to fix it.
