Excellent Stay!!!

higher floor roomquieter roomamazing restaurants
I found that the staff moved me to a higher floor room with a side sea view. The original room was close to the street. The staff proactively offered a quieter room. The hotel has many amazing restaurants, including Batta Hanem, which serves excellent Egyptian food. The terrace view is amazing!!!
The restaurants were not all open during the evenings.

the breakfast had a good value for money overall.
the room balcony isolation was very poor. road noise was easily heard, it was like staying right on the road. it was hard to sleep until 4:00 am. making parking paid for hotel guests felt strange, especially since the parking is an in-house facility.

The room service was quick. Mohammed kept my room clean. The buffet breakfast had vegetarian options. I would stay there again.
The shower drains were blocked. The hotel staff forgot to provide towels on two occasions. The response from the guest relations team was not satisfactory.
