a wonderful rest near petra
real attentional iwandream placecourtyard noise
i felt so welcome by the staff at the restaurant. mary ann showed real attention and care. al iwan restaurant became my dream place. saif a.
the room faced the courtyard and got very noisy. lobby lounge activity continued into the late evening. it disrupted my rest significantly. afternoon tea also generated lots of noise.

the room offered a comfortable bed and a well stocked minibar. the bathroom included nice towels. a small writing desk sat near the window, great for post-exploration journaling. a tv provided entertainment options.

This hotel offered an unbeatable location, literally a stone's throw from the petra visitor center (it made exploring so easy!). the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with many local options. i got a complimentary upgrade to a suite and enjoyed late check-out. It was such a treat. the rooftop garden and bar offered lovely views at dusk, especially with happy hour specials.
The room decor felt a little dated. It would benefit from some freshening up.

the main restaurant featured a very complete buffet for both breakfast and dinner. dishes were delicious, and the service staff, especially mohammad athamneh, was attentive. al saraya restaurant offered a lavish buffet with authentic jordanian cuisine.

the hotel includes a pool, a gym, and a spa for relaxation after exploring petra. the lobby lounge features a plush interior courtyard that extends to the top levels. there are a couple of bars plus a rooftop garden where one can see rosy petra.

the hotel is literally across the street from the main entrance to petra. this proximity made visiting the site convenient (no need for taxis!). the visitor center and museum are also just a short walk away.

the staff were generally cute and helpful from check-in to check-out. fouad provided excellent service with a warm smile, as did zaid who checked on us. the team at the all-day dining were also very attentive and friendly.

the hotel was very clean. the staffs are friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast excellent. the location is so near to petra, only a few minutes walking distance to the siq. abundant food was in the tent with music.
the temperature in the room not was easy to reduce. i found the air felt warm, so i suggest the hotel overhaul the central system. the individual room controls do not work. this isn't in line with a five star hotel.

staff members are very attentive and quick to address any requests. the concierge provides information about local attractions. housekeeping ensures rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with necessary amenities like fresh towels.
