modern and well kept
separate showerspacious areacomfortable cushionscooling mode
the room featured a separate shower and toilet. there was ample space around the sink, outside of both the shower and toilet areas. a couch and sitting area with comfortable cushions provided relaxation. the large tv screen was a notable addition (though i did not use it).
the air conditioning only had a cooling mode. i was unable to adjust it to a regular airflow or turn on the fan. this made controlling the room temperature difficult.

the room was clean and modern. the king bed felt massive and provided very good quality pillows. windows tilt open allowing fresh air (a good option to have).

parking is available underground and is convenient to use. the gym is on the upper floor. it has glass walls overlooking the expanse of the alentejo (it makes exercise more pleasant).

the staff was friendly and helpful. they were always available and kind . i also appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and early check-in.

the location allowed walking to city sites. it is within a reasonable walking distance of 15 minutes to the main attractions. the hotel is situated just outside the town walls.

the room had oversized windows that tilted open for fresh air i also appreciated the toilet being in a separate room from the shower the gym on the upper floor had glass walls overlooking the landscape it made exercise more pleasant
the air conditioning only had a cooling mode there was no option for regular airflow

I would return! The room looked very clean and fresh. The pillows were good quality, some of the best I have had. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a lot of choice.
I found the checkout queue a little long, because only one person was working at reception.

The hotel's location provided easy access. Parking was available on site. The staff were patient and friendly.
Check-in took a long time. The room was not ready for quite a while. This also happened with several other customers.
