non-working air conditioning lack of attentiveness
the location was acceptable. It was close enough to the beach for a short walk.
the air conditioning in my room did NOT work. i asked the staff MULTIPLE times to fix it. they never resolved THE problem . the lack of attentiveness was frustrating.

My visit was awesome. All the staff were very kind and helpful to me. The location is very convenient and near everything. The breakfast buffet had excellent options.
The elevators were slow. I waited a long time.

wonderful experience
convenient location short walk five-minute walk
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a definite plus. i found a mall nearby, great for a short walk. the beach is also just a short five-minute walk away. I really liked that proximity.
the ac in my room was not working properly.

my beautiful king room featured high-quality sheets and nice tv programs. the city view from the upper floor was amazing. the welcome basket of fruit and sweets was a very pleasant addition.

the staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating to every request. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food. the restaurant also has a lot of international options, which i appreciated!!!
