The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is advantageous, I could easily walk to the Medina (this saved on taxi fares).

The outdoor garden needed some maintenance. (This did not affect my overall stay significantly).

The bathroom seemed outdated. Some fixtures did not work properly. I found the restaurant service slow, even with few patrons. The pool area felt neglected, requiring better maintenance, and the staff seemed inattentive.
