the staff were helpful. i found the breakfast excellent with a veggie juicer. the flamenco show every monday was free. the rooftop pool is partly indoor and partly outdoor.
the rooms tended to be hot even when the ac was on. the temperature control wasn't great! apply:

the room possessed visual appeal and character. the breakfast selection included fresh juices, it was excellent. the hotel restaurant served delicious dishes, like the eggplant. staff were efficient, super friendly, and offered great service.
the parking situation proved slightly inconvenient, though everything else was fine.

the junior suite sea view featured great design. the room had all necessary amenities. we received a complimentary refrigerator full of beverages in addition to a bottle of sparkling wine.

Very nice Attention to Detail!

The hotel is beautifully decorated in Moorish style. There is very nice attention to detail throughout the hotel. The breakfast had a huge variety of fresh organic options. I especially loved the rooftop heated pool that has loungers and views of North Africa.
The hotel's temperature control system had a set temperature for the entire building, I would have liked to adjust it warmer during my winter stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating (especially Barbara), being attentive to every need. The staff closed the spa so my toddler could go at lunchtime. They seemed knowledgeable and proactive.

The hotel is located perfectly for easy access to the ferry offices. Proximity to the port. Restaurants and shops are a quick walk away from the hotel.

The hotel offers many eco-friendly amenities. Water fountains and a popcorn machine are available anytime. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I enjoyed the rooftop pool and pool bar.
