I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It provided a lovely view and a relaxing environment. the breakfast buffet had lots of variety and fresh options. the hotel's modern design and clean spaces helped create a calm and restful atmosphere. the staff were attentive.
the walk to the city center felt a little long sometimes, especially after a full day of exploring.

my room featured a comfortable king bed and crisp, clean linens, a real pleasure. two separate sinks were included. a modern rainfall shower, i found all very practical. large windows let in lots of light, offering a nice view.

terrazza 241, the rooftop restaurant, has fine lake views i relished. breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. room service was prompt and efficient, i enjoyed my meals very much. the dishes were well presented.

The rooftop pool area included about twenty loungers and a shaded area, perfect for relaxation. the gym featured modern equipment. It has treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel also provides fast and stable internet, a real boon for travellers. it's a fine place.

the breakfast was delicious and had many options. the rooftop pool offered fine views. the staff provided prompt and courteous service, really amazing! i loved the prosecco on arrival. the hotel has a great location, easy to walk everywhere.

I found the noise levels unacceptable. specifically, sounds of furniture moving and kitchen activity began around 5:50 am. it woke me up on both nights of my stay. additionally, i found the front desk staff unhelpful when i reported this. Their response was unprofessional and dismissive, it was very annoying really.

The staff was very polite and friendly, especially the valet and lobby staff (they were all smiles!). the hotel also has modern facilities, i really appreciated the clean aesthetic. the location is amazing. It is a short drive from the central square. the rooftop bar provides lovely views overlooking the lake.
i found the indoor pool and spa a little expensive to use, especially on rainy days.
