the location was unbeatable for my early flight. the room offered ample space and cleanliness. the hotel's direct access to terminal 1 saved considerable time and hassle in the morning.
the process of securing ice proved more difficult than i anticipated.

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 1 i appreciated the short walk after a long flight the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i found the staff efficient during check in and check out the process was quick. the lobby offered complimentary coffee which was helpful for my early morning departure.
the television in my room seemed a bit outdated as it lacked smart tv capabilities.

the shower was clogged. the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor. i had to mop the floor early in the morning.

the proximity to terminal one made early morning travel easy. i found the room well kept and convenient for accessing the airport. the train station near the hotel entrance also provided simple access to milan.
i noticed the distance from the rooms to the front desk felt quite long. the walk felt a little bizarre, like staying on the far end of a warehouse.
