the staff were professional. the breakfast was great with plenty of choice. the bathroom was a good size. it was open until 11 at the weekend.
the car park was very tight. i almost took end of car off! the hotel room lacked lights to do hair and makeup. no dressing table was present.

The hotel offered a perfect location for attending the football. Matchday buses to the ground were right across the road. we received an upgrade upon arrival. sachin. He contacted us by text message within an hour of arrival to ensure everything was good for us. common areas were modern.
the bedroom was unbearably hot, there was no air conditioning. other colleagues reported the same issue! i reported it to the front desk but received no help.

the gym is well equipped. i noted that it could use two bikes and some floor mats. the hotel features an on-site car park beneath the building, this adds convenience arriving by car.

the south exit from the train station makes getting here easier than before. at the back of the hotel, there are bars and eateries! this side of the station is quieter than the north side. it's a five-minute walk to boar lane or city square.

The room was newly refurbished, a premium suite. i appreciated the clean room, lovely layout, and comfortable bed. i found it to be a perfect room for our family. The design was especially well done.

The staff are good. Hamid and bernie were both nice and accommodating. the reception staff are happy to help. i extend a massive thank you to charlie on reception. He made us smile!

The location is very convenient near the train station. The staff was friendly and efficient i appreciated that. The room was clean and well-appointed it had everything i needed.
There was a very unpleasant smell near reception i noticed it immediately. The breakfast was expensive when purchased on the day i paid £20. The sound insulation between rooms was poor the noise from next door was disruptive.

My beloved and i returned to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary! janet arranged personalized gifts. Such a lovely, thoughtful gesture. we received an upgrade to a double suite with complimentary bar drinks. the staff at reception, the bar, and breakfast were so very cute.
the car park was somewhat tight and difficult to navigate. it was not ideal, though we managed.
