plentiful parking spacious dining room
The parking was plentiful. Finding my way around was easy. The dining room felt spacious. The staff were pleasant.
The breakfast deal for residents had restricted hours. The hotel needs to stress that this deal is applicable only between 7am and 9am. Knowing this beforehand would have helped with planning my morning.

some issues during stay
broken handles disappointing breakfast
my stay had a few bumps. the bedroom window handles were broken. also, the breakfast was a letdown. i paid for a continental breakfast that included limited options. the bread for toast was just a sliced loaf from a bag. i found it very disappointing.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was disabled friendly and included grab rails. The bar and seating area downstairs was spacious and well laid out (I found a perfect spot.
there was ongoing refurbishment, and the reception staff advised caution around the lift areas.

The location was handy and easy to find. The hotel offers ample parking spaces right along the back of the building. It is conveniently positioned.

The recently refurbished room featured high standard fittings and fixtures. The room also included good in room facilities. There was a hot shower which i enjoyed.
