The location was superb, placing me right in the city center. i enjoyed the friendly staff. They were always ready to help! my room had a lovely view, a definite plus.
the temperature control in my room did not work properly, so it was uncomfortably cold.

my twin room had two comfortable beds with clean linens, and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. the room also featured a tv with multiple channels and complimentary wi-fi access, very convenient.

Breakfast included a varied buffet with hot and cold options, such as pastries, cereals, and cooked breakfast items. The dining area was spacious and well kept. there was also a selection of fresh juices and coffee, a great way to start the day.

my room featured a comfortable bed. it also offered a lovely park view. the location was ideal, especially for shopping and exploring nearby dining options. the staff was friendly.
i found the air conditioning in the room to be somewhat insufficient during the hot weather.

adequate stay but with noticeable issues
loose fixturesinadequate cleaning
i found the room condition substandard for the price i paid the bathroom fixtures were loose the shower temperature fluctuated erratically i also noticed dust accumulation in corners suggesting inadequate cleaning the tv remote was missing its battery cover it was a minor inconvenience but it detracted from the overall experience
