my partner and i found true peace there the staff welcomed us warmly. the thermal spa journey was amazing we felt so refreshed. we returned for the dining it was part of what makes the hotel so nice the penthouse suite was spacious and beautifully decorated.
a minor issue i experienced was a lack of information in the room regarding available services i would have loved more details about room service and hotel offerings. this would have helped me plan my stay better. a directory would be a simple fix.

the room was a PENTHOUSE suite, super spacious and very clean. I enjoyed access to a fully stocked tea and coffee station with many choices. The TV worked perfectly and connected easily to my devices. The thermostat allowed easy temperature adjustments.
the portions at the Orangery were smaller than I expected, leaving me wanting a bit more after my meal.

The thermal journey was amazing, with a diverse range of experiences. there were 3 different steam rooms and 4 saunas, each one with distinct aromatherapy features. i really appreciated the indoor hydrotherapy pool and the two outdoor hot tubs. They added extra relaxation.
The tv had limited channels. I needed to download an app, but it did not work.

the thermal journey was relaxing. I spent two hours on check-in day and one hour on the morning of departure. The breakfast was lovely with good quality ingredients. All staff were professional and friendly throughout MY stay.
the dinner portions were small. I thought they were far too expensive. I could not find ANYTHING OPEN within walking distance for further food.

They were attentive. The included meal came as room service, and the food was delicious. I look forward to returning soon. I appreciated that nothing was too much trouble for them. They seemed to genuinely care about my experience.
I experienced an issue, some clothing forgotten, I returned, causing lateness to my spa check-in time. I called ahead, and the staff did push back the slot. This did cause me some initial stress.
