convenient locationphone malfunctionsafety issue
the location is convenient near the train station (it helped a lot).
my room's phone did not work, so i could not contact reception in an emergency. this is a serious safety issue and needs addressing immediately.

I found some issues . The in-room safe was locked upon my arrival and I could not use it to store my valuables. The advertised city view from my room was largely obstructed by an adjacent building. I raised both issues with reception, but they were not resolved , so there was no compensation offered for the INCONVENIENCE.

The location was close to the train station.
The room was quite warm. The air conditioning seemed to turn off on its own. Loud guests disrupted my sleep around 4:30 AM. Housekeeping made a lot of noise in the corridors early in the morning. Pity.
