super clean roomhorrific noiseabsent air conditioning
the room was super clean.
I was disappointed. The noise was horrific until the early hours. i understand weddings and hen parties happen especially on a weekend, but it reminded me of a butlins 90's weekender after dark. there was no air con and the window had to stay open. This did not help with the noise.

The room decor was nice. The room size was perfect. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I found them fine. Food selection at breakfast was really good. I enjoyed my breakfast. I was very pleased that my request for a walk-in shower was sorted by phone before arrival.
I thought the responses to complaints were slow.

Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful in the hotel, dining, and spa areas. Nothing reminded me of too MUCH trouble.
