Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues
limited food strict plan
The staff was attentive . I'm grateful for their service.
The reservation was incorrect. I paid extra for the all-inclusive option. It was marked as half board. The all-inclusive is not all-inclusive. Many menu and bar choices have supplements. The food and beverage plan is very strict.

We enjoyed our stay. The service, comfort, and hospitality improvements amazed us. Every detail reflected care and professionalism. Thoughtful gifts and surprises. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit.
During fumigation, a chemical product was sprayed directly in front of rooms, inappropriate. This process is concerning, as it occurred in guest areas near the swimming pools.

The breakfast buffet offers good variety and quality. It has well-organized stations. The restaurants provide elegant dinners with tasty courses. Guests can enjoy drinks and chats at the Hibiscus bar.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well-kept. The doors are well-sealed with no issues regarding insects. Housekeeping service occurs twice daily, providing extra comfort .
