the staff was very friendly and offered help. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with great variety. facilities included a nice pool, spa services, gym, steam room, and glass bottom boat. i really liked the beach side services and the comfortable room.

i had such a wonderful time at this hotel! our ground level room was only meters from the beautiful ocean, i could almost touch it! i was impressed with how well the staff maintains the grounds, they're always cleaning. the food across all the restaurants was delicious..
I noticed the pillows were very soft. may want to request firmer options for a more comfortable sleep. it was a minor issue, but worth noting for those with specific preferences!

the hotel has a well maintained golf course within walking distance from the rooms. i saw that gym facilities are available with modern equipment. a convenient shuttle service also runs between the restaurants and the sister resort.

our beachfront room was spacious and stylish, like something from a magazine. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious. the ground level access was fantastic, letting us step right out to the ocean.
