i liked that the staff was accommodating and positive. everyone i saw was friendly, which impressed me. i think this comes from the managers and training there. all the workers created a positive atmosphere (and that's really important to me).
i did not like that the pool and spa were closed . i received an email about the closure a week before checking in. i replied to the email to ask about accommodations, but i got no reply.

the hotel includes breakfast with many choices. it was nice to have such options available in one place. i could have various things each day (i especially liked the pastries).

the location was perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, such a huge plus. the pool was super warm and i saw that the two staff members taking care of it were very attentive. also, the staff were helpful!
