convenient downtown location
positive staff friendly staff positive atmosphere
i liked that the staff was accommodating and positive. everyone i saw was friendly, which impressed me. i think this comes from the managers and training there. all the workers created a positive atmosphere (and that's really important to me).
i did not like that the pool and spa were closed . i received an email about the closure a week before checking in. i replied to the email to ask about accommodations, but i got no reply.

the hotel includes breakfast with many choices. it was nice to have such options available in one place. i could have various things each day (i especially liked the pastries).

the hotel's location is central. this made it easy to walk to all the restaurants. the casino is also next to the hotel (i appreciate that).

warm pool helpful staff perfect location
the location was perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, such a huge plus. the pool was super warm and i saw that the two staff members taking care of it were very attentive. also, the staff were helpful!
