A Charming Experience

Ivan at the front desk was so helpful and cute. The breakfast was fantastic plus the restaurant staff offered perfect recommendations for local dishes. I also received a complimentary bottle of champagne from management, a special welcome. The hotel's location is quite convenient.
The skybar had a somewhat limited choice of beverages, a slight disappointment.

The room was large and comfortable. It also overlooked the park. The bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. This combination offered flexibility after a long day.

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Restaurant service was attentive and prompt. I appreciated the bell hop who was available each morning and ready to assist with any requests.

The gym included several treadmills. It had stationary bikes. I found the pool to be clean. It also had a relaxing atmosphere. These amenities provided great opportunities to unwind.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with plenty of traditional foods. The executive lounge provided complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. The restaurant staff was always kind.

The beds and bedsheets were AMAZING!!! I slept WELL.
I was not given the room I reserved. It was nothing like the picture. The kettle was broken. I could not have any hot drinks.
