was really nice!
nice beds great access walk-in wardrobe
the resort has nice bali beds and great access to the beach. the family rooms in the premium section have two separate beds for children. the room had a division separating the kids' area from the parents' area and its own walk-in wardrobe. this gives great comfort.
The rooms are not very clean, and even at the buffet, there were often unclean plates where the clean plates were. there were stray dogs on the hotel. We found this a bit dangerous for the kids. no shade was available for the kids' pool or playground, hard with a 2-year-old.

the room was spacious and well-organized with a separate area for children, ensuring both comfort and privacy. the walk-in wardrobe provided ample space for storage, quite useful for a family with kids. the air conditioning worked very well in the room.

The reception staff was helpful and kind. Tanja was willing to explain everything in detail. staff at the baby room really took care of our 8-month baby in the playground. service included a beach service where we could exchange towels.

beautiful beach nice pools friendly staff clean exterior
The resort featured a beautiful beach and nice pools with ample space for everyone I especially liked the adults-only pool. I found the food excellent in all the restaurants, especially with the ultra all-inclusive option. The reception staff was friendly and resolved all requests efficiently, which I really appreciated. The resort's exterior was clean and well-kept.
The opening hours of the restaurants and bars changed randomly, not matching the advertised hours.

The resort has many pools available for all activities I was very happy about the adult-only pool. A bar and cafe were conveniently located next door, offering food prepared quickly and efficiently. The green areas were spacious for walking.

friendly staff beautiful pools modern rooms all-inclusive value
The staff was friendly. Tanja at reception stood out for her really good service. The pools and grounds were beautiful and well-kept, REALLY adding to the relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the clean, modern rooms in the premium building. The all-inclusive options provided great value with plentiful food and drinks throughout my stay.
The opening hours for restaurants and bars sometimes varied unexpectedly. This was a slight inconvenience.
