ideal location available gym comfortable room
the location proved ideal as it was near the central station. i found the gym accessible 24 hours with sufficient equipment. the room offered a great view of the town hall and felt comfortable.
The radiator setting was hard to understand. I found it difficult to control the temperature.

the staff was polite (i suppose that's a baseline expectation).
The room was small. i couldn't control the temperature. the tv kept cutting out. only two coffee bags were available. The fridge was empty for such an expensive hotel. also, no room service existed. A small menu was available only in the bar. that was quite disappointing.

central location quick service fresh pastries
The location was amazing. i easily walked to main attractions. also, the bar service was quick and courteous. breakfast had a wonderful variety. I especially loved the fresh pastries.
I found the gym equipment somewhat limited. It could benefit from additional machines.

efficient staff dark curtains
the staff proved efficient. the room included dark curtains. i appreciated easy access to local shops. the restaurant was good. it was near public transport.
the room felt dated. the heavy toilet wooden door was difficult to open. i found this inconvenient
