the staff was polite (i suppose that's a baseline expectation).
The room was small. i couldn't control the temperature. the tv kept cutting out. only two coffee bags were available. The fridge was empty for such an expensive hotel. also, no room service existed. A small menu was available only in the bar. that was quite disappointing.

The location was amazing. i easily walked to main attractions. also, the bar service was quick and courteous. breakfast had a wonderful variety. I especially loved the fresh pastries.
I found the gym equipment somewhat limited. It could benefit from additional machines.
