The location was acceptable. It's next to the metro.
I was really disappointed with our room. It felt cheap. the tv didn't even work properly. It was behind a weird door. the bed was super hard. It was as far from comfortable as it gets!!!

Fine Views and Modern Comforts!

The room had a super clean appearance and a comfortable bed. It was easy to relax after a long day. The spacious bathroom added a touch of luxury to my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety of food options. It was all fresh and delicious. The view from the bar terrace was amazing! There was a parking area under the hotel with lots of spaces available.

The gym offered sleek equipment for a solid workout. There were fresh towels and water available. The rooftop bar provided amazing views of the city skyline, a real highlight.

Breakfast had a wide array of choices, from fresh pastries to hot dishes. The coffee was robust and energized me for the day! The Elvy Gastrobar offered a new menu with innovative cocktails, so I enjoyed al fresco dining there.

The staff was very friendly. Soraya took her time to give me information about iconic places in the city and recommend local food. Kinga at Elvy and Aldona in guest relations provided amazing hospitality, so I thank them.

limited lightinginattentive staff
i found some aspects underwhelming. The room had limited lighting. The closet space was also poorly designed, so it was difficult to store my belongings. The staff at the front desk did not always seem the most attentive, which caused some delays.
