Fantastic Stay with Amazing Views
harbor view comfortable bed
The harbor view from my room was very nice I was like I was in a movie. The bed was very comfortable and large I had a great night's sleep. I also loved how close the metro and tram stations are I could easily reach all destinations.
I found it a bit inconvenient that the bar and restaurant are located in the next hotel access required passing through the lobby.

The hotel provides access to a gym with multiple machines it is also near Finnish and Turkish saunas. The pool is on the 8th floor providing relaxation options for all guests . Repairs were underway but it did not bother us.

The breakfast options offered a great variety there was something for everyone. The hotel provides many options for breakfast including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. The presentation was well done and the food tasted fresh.

The staff members were very friendly and informative and very helpful. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out allowed for flexibility. The night reception was also kind and helpful .

The location is fantastic walk ball to the city center for shops and restaurants. Tram and Metro are right outside the hotel facilitating easy access to main atractions. The hotel provides many transport links.

great breakfast subway station small room inefficient process
The location was fantastic. The subway station was right next to the building. It made getting around very easy. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, which I appreciated. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room I got was a bit small. the check-in process was not very efficient.

charming stay near the erasmus bridge
gym view sparkling wine room sauna
the hotel has a basic gym with a nice view. the breakfast included the option of sparkling wine (i found this quite good). i also appreciated the sauna in my room.

harbor view perfect location small room no ironing board
I had a room with a harbor view (it was so romantic!). The location is perfect with a metro stop and bus stop directly in front of the hotel. I also found a great food spot nearby that I really liked.
The twin room was a bit small with little space between the beds. there was no ironing board in the room. I have never been to a hotel before where an ironing board was not available.

Harbor View Room Bliss
harbor view erasmus bridge kind staff relaxing stay
The room included water. The harbor view room provided a beautiful view of the Erasmus Bridge. Staff members were kind and willing to attend to any request. My stay felt very relaxing.
The parking location was across the canal. It required a long walk back to the hotel!
