The location is central and convenient to many amenities. The room was compact but workable.
The air conditioning seemed to malfunction on the final night. This made the room too warm for me. the breakfast selection was not huge.

yellow stainsbasic closet
The room was quite basic. it lacked a mini-fridge or even a proper closet, just a hanging bar. i found some yellow stains on the bed sheets on my last day. That was not a good look. the staff didn't seem overly concerned, i think they heard similar complaints.

the air conditioning did not function in the room. there was also no coffee maker or kettle provided for tea. i consider these standard amenities, especially the climate control. their absence detracted from the overall experience.

the location was perfect for enjoying the city. everything was within walking distance for us. your staff were really good and so helpful.
the shower was not clean. there was soap residue on the shower door and black mold along the base of the shower. carpets and curtains were stained.
