I appreciated the friendly staff. The text system was helpful for getting needed assistance (a really efficient way to communicate!). My pup also received great treatment.
The parking was not on-site. I needed to walk a bit to reach the parking garage. The garage was somewhat dirty.

The staff helped me extend my stay twice. i needed assistance with the passport agency, and the hotel made it simple. the location offered great access. the staff facilitated my requests. the pizza at the hotel restaurant was also awesome. I really liked it.
the room felt extra small. it lacked a proper wardrobe for clothing.

the coffee station was not reliable. the dispenser often leaked, and milk was frequently missing. food felt mediocre, and the hotel distanced itself when issues arose with a pizza i ordered (i thought it was one business!).
