great location friendly staff coffee service irish bar
the hotel had a great location close to union station. staff were professional and friendly i used the coffee service on the second floor. i also enjoyed drinks at the irish bar attached to the hotel

The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough.
The noise level was a real problem throughout my stay. Thin walls meant I heard conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms at all hours. The bathroom was also quite small. Maneuvering around in it was difficult. The complimentary coffee service was often out of supplies, so finding it empty was disappointing.

the staff was so friendly. the room was beautiful and very clean. the beds were comfortable and i slept well. the hotel location is great for visiting museums.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

convenient location free coffee second floor dubliner restaurant
the hotel's proximity to union station was a real asset. it made getting around quite simple. i also found the complimentary coffee on the second floor very useful (i drink a lot of coffee). the dubliner restaurant attached to the hotel was good.
i noticed a few hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival, so the cleaning could have been more thorough. it wasn't a major issue for me.

I liked the free coffee machine on the second floor. I used it every morning! The location is amazing. It is near the railway station and a short walk to the art galleries. Staffs are friendly.
The room had only 1 window! Ventilation was next to it and made loud noises in the room. It made it difficult to fall asleep. Live music downstairs was very bothering around 10:20 PM because I tried to rest.

convenient location helpful staff
the location near union station was a major plus. i found the staff quite attentive and helpful with directions. the complimentary tea and coffee available around the clock was a thoughtful touch. the dubliner pub on-site offered live music most nights, i really enjoyed that.
The room felt a bit cramped. Opening luggage was tricky. the air conditioner made an excessive noise, earplugs were provided in the room. i think they should do something about that noise or change the air conditioner.

the location was great being very close to union station. i was able to easily access transportation and nearby attractions. the on-site irish pub, the dubliner, was excellent, and i found a good french restaurant nearby. the room was clean and quiet. the staff at the front desk were professional and friendly providing excellent guest service.
