I liked the free coffee machine on the second floor. I used it every morning! The location is amazing. It is near the railway station and a short walk to the art galleries. Staffs are friendly.
The room had only 1 window! Ventilation was next to it and made loud noises in the room. It made it difficult to fall asleep. Live music downstairs was very bothering around 10:20 PM because I tried to rest.

the location near union station was a major plus. i found the staff quite attentive and helpful with directions. the complimentary tea and coffee available around the clock was a thoughtful touch. the dubliner pub on-site offered live music most nights, i really enjoyed that.
The room felt a bit cramped. Opening luggage was tricky. the air conditioner made an excessive noise, earplugs were provided in the room. i think they should do something about that noise or change the air conditioner.

the location was great being very close to union station. i was able to easily access transportation and nearby attractions. the on-site irish pub, the dubliner, was excellent, and i found a good french restaurant nearby. the room was clean and quiet. the staff at the front desk were professional and friendly providing excellent guest service.
