The staff was helpful. The location was fairly quiet. It was away from the busy center. Breakfast had a varied selection, which i found good.
the hotel is in an alley. the pictures show a lavish drive-in entry, misleading. There is only one tiny pool. it only had six sun chairs.

i was excited our room was a beautiful room balcony and pool view. the bathroom was beautiful with a gorgeous bath! the wifi was good and reliable, which i appreciated.
the pictures are very misleading! the hotel is in an alley whereas the pictures show a lavish drive in entry.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet included many options and everything tasted fresh the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby town that was convenient i liked that there were free bikes to explore the surroundings at my own pace. i could ride wherever i wanted.
the limited number of loungers by the pool sometimes made it difficult to find a spot especially during peak hours i think there should be more.

my room had a balcony overlooking the pool it included a large bed with comfortable linens and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower the air conditioning worked very well keeping the room cool.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices from local dishes to western staples i appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries that were available each morning i found the coffee to be quite good too.

the pool had comfortable loungers and umbrellas providing shade the gym included several treadmills and weight machines i also used the spa for a massage the spa was very relaxing.

the hotel provided a free shuttle to town running several times daily i found this very convenient to visit the markets and restaurants the location was quiet away from the main tourist crowds.

the staff were always smiling and ready to help with any questions or requests i had they arranged transportation and provided suggestions for local attractions the service was very efficient and professional.
