the staff was helpful. vian had useful local knowledge. breakfast was extensive (it had so many options). rooms are well designed.

the location offers a quieter environment away from the central area. the hotel provides a complimentary minibus service. this made accessing nearby attractions easy. it created a convenient travel option.

the bungalow featured spacious accommodations and effective air conditioning. grounds were beautifully designed. the breakfast included much fresh, tasty food (the fruit selection was wonderful). everything was nice and neat.

average stay with some issues.
poor shower design missing fruit basket
the room was generally clean and acceptable.
the shower was poorly designed. there was no curtain, so water went everywhere! the shower head holder wobbled around too. it was quite annoying. also, i was supposed to receive a welcome fruit basket, but i didn't. the staff said it was only for long-term guests, but the receptionist told me i would get one at check-in.

Relaxing stay near the river

The rooms have beautiful designs and the grounds were well kept. The breakfast had tasty fresh food and a great variety of options. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were polite. I enjoyed the nature here.
The gym was under maintenance so i was not able to use it .

The staff were very cute and helpful with all my requests. Kalvin was kind at the restaurant and always helpful to our needs. Tina at reception was accommodating and cute when we arrived late.

The rooms are small. I stayed in a bungalow lagoon view room. The bed was very comfortable and large. I liked the design of the room and the view it offered of the lagoon.

Breakfast was delicious with extensive options. The restaurant food was tasty. I suggest they should have more variety for vegetarian options. The restaurant needs to serve food until later in the night.
