serene tone genuine care
i found the lotus pond particularly striking.. its tranquility set a serene tone. the staff demonstrated genuine care for my comfort, always anticipating my needs before i voiced them.
the gym could benefit from an additional weight bench, as it was occasionally occupied during peak hours.

Really good Service and Tranquil Atmosphere
equipped gym prompt service large pool breakfast choices
The gym is well equipped with multiple machines I found three treadmills. The staff provides prompt service and readily addresses requests. The outdoor pool is large and I enjoyed time on the lounge cabanas. I liked the array of choices for breakfast.
I noticed some dust accumulation in less accessible areas of the room. The black tile walls had not been fully wiped down. The room showed some minor wear and tear.

I experienced a warm welcome during check-in. The staff ensured my needs were met quickly. The hotel's gym offered quality equipment. I made use of the three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The customer manager was always around ensuring guests are well attended to...
The lobby was very busy at certain times, made getting assistance slightly delayed.

The gym had ample equipment for my needs. I used treadmills, and stationary bikes daily. Breakfast offered diverse options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Staff provided assistance with directions. This helped me navigate the area (very useful!). The pool was large and well-kept. There were plenty of sun loungers available.
The room decor felt slightly dated. It could use a refresh to align with modern aesthetics.

attentive staff maintained greenery small gym dust clumps
The staff was very attentive. i was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. It felt so idealistic. the grounds were pristine. i adored the meticulously maintained greenery.
the gym was smaller than i had hoped. it only featured two treadmills and some free weights. i found dust clumps in the room corners. also, the black tile in the bathroom seemed a bit unclean.

large pool club lounge comfortable place excellent location
The pool is large and well kept (a true oasis). I appreciated the club package. It gave me access to the club lounge. It was a comfortable and quiet place to work. The hotel location is excellent.
I found the gym schedule was not accurate, as instructors were sometimes unavailable for classes.
