friendly staff clean room free bikes
The staff were so friendly and helpful!!! i had an amazing time chatting with them. the room was big and super clean with a soft, comfy bed. plus, i got to use the free bikes to explore the area. It was so convenient!!!
I noticed a very slight musty smell in the bathroom. It cleared up quickly though.

decent Stay near ancient town
helpful team fresh breakfast musty room water damage
The team was helpful. Nam helped me arrange transport. Breakfast was FRESH, and i could choose from a menu each day. i tried local dishes. Everything tasted great.
The room smelled slightly musty. Maybe it was due to humidity. SOME water damage was visible on the walls. i wish the hotel addressed this.

some issues
unsafe parking pool access
I had a bit of an issue with bicycle storage. I was told to leave it unlocked by the pool. eventually, i found a pipe to lock it to in the backyard after pushing the issue. also, i was told i could use the pool right before 10 pm, but then i was stopped when i got there ten minutes later.

clean room perfect location yummy breakfast unsafe parking exposed parking early pool closure
I had such a blast at this place!! the rooms are super clean, comfy, and just gorgeous. the location? totally perfect for me. if you grab a scooter, everything is like five minutes away. breakfast was simple but yummy. It made mornings way easier. nam and his team are the best hosts ever. they really care about guests and help with everything. traveling solo, it's awesome to know someone has my back.
i noticed there wasn't a totally secure spot for my rented motorbike overnight. they suggested leaving it in the bike parking, but it felt kinda exposed. then i could leave it unlocked by the pool, seriously? after some back-and-forth, they showed me a spot in the backyard where i could lock it to a pipe. i also didn't know the pool closed at 10 pm. i got there at 9:55 pm and they said it was cool, but ten minutes later, they wouldn't let me in.
