My room was warm upon arrival, and I found it very super clean and cozy. I appreciated the good standard of comfort, especially with the well kept and clean environment. I thought the staff were really nice. They were very helpful throughout my stay.

I noticed some corridor doors need maintenance.

The hotel is located on the edge of town. Adequate parking is available , and the sound of a nearby motorway was barely audible from inside the building, due to the secondary glazing.

I found the staff friendly and accommodating! they were always ready to assist. the food was delicious, i especially loved the steak pie. It was AMAZING!!! the hotel itself was also very nicely decorated and clean.

i noticed the shower tap was broken, a little dangerous, nearly scalding myself. the carpet also was a little tired and stained.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. It set me up well for the day. The shower was very hot. Staff wore friendly smiles.

It had areas taped off. USB charging points did not work in my room. The room was stifling and uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The bar served food I thought was great, especially the steak pie. I really liked the spacious room, also it had a large TV. Breakfast had excellent options too.

My room lacked air conditioning and felt a bit stuffy. I paid extra for what they called a premium room. It was advertised with luxury chocolates and a bottle, but I got small chocolate bars and vouchers for drinks instead.
