rude receptionist greasy food
i got the wrong room it was not what i reserved months ago the receptionist was rude and said they were fully booked breakfast was also awful the second morning people were queuing for a table but there were no dishes or glasses and the food was greasy

friendly staff delicious food allergen information
The reception staff offered friendly and helpful service. There was a good choice of lovely food, and it was well signposted with allergens. The Saturday jacket potatoes were delicious! I particularly appreciated the allergen information, it made choosing safe options simple. The atmosphere at the bar was very cute and convivial.
Rooms were ridiculously hot. The windows only open an inch, and the fan in the ceiling is substandard.

Convenient Stopover
efficient receptionist huge parking area reasonable price
The hotel is modern and clean. I found the receptionist to be very efficient during my arrival. The parking area is HUGE and provided ample space for all guests. I was pleased with the reasonable prices for an overnight stay.
My only tiny gripe was that the pillows were just a bit too hard for me.

I experienced a very cute reception upon arrival. The staff are polite and offer excellent service. Josh at the bar provided excellent service and demonstrated true professionalism.

Charming Stay, Friendly Staff, Great Food!
friendly team excellent service decent food comfy beds
The front desk team was friendly. Izabela and her colleagues provided excellent service, I must say. The food quality exceeded my expectations, it was very decent. The beds offered great comfort, I slept well. I found the rooms very clean, a plus.
I noticed some slight wear and tear on some furniture.

The location offered easy access to main routes. I noticed several businesses and restaurants nearby, this was quite convenient. The hotel site included ample parking spaces .

I found the staff consistently helpful throughout my stay. Reception was always available. The team responded quickly to my inquiries and requests. It was reassuring.

wide selection gym facilities parking fee hallway noise
The food in the restaurant was good and there was a wide selection. The gym facilities were useful and included three treadmills and several weight machines. (I was able to keep up with my workout routine!).
The parking fee was an unexpected charge. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, hard to sleep at times.
