really good stay
easy access comfortable bed
the reception team offered a warm welcome and helped with luggage. i appreciated the easy lift access to my roomwith disabled facilities and ample wheelchair turning space. the bed was comfortable, and i found the heating controls effective. i also liked that the room was quiet and had tea, coffee, a kettle, and a fridge (that came in handy!).
the hotel informed me that the car parking was separate, and i had to enter my license plate into a tablet without a clear explanation. this process felt a bit disconnected from the hotel's services, and better integration could enhance the guest experience.

the double room had a functional layout with a television offering a variety of channels. the room included a mini fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool. the bathroom provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.

broken shower faulty ac
The location was acceptable, with access to nearby facilities.
I was not pleased about the room. The air conditioning did not work properly, so the room became uncomfortably stuffy. The shower was also broken and difficult to use properly so it was a frustrating experience overall.

Central Stay, Surprisingly Good
central location parking deal friendly staff
The location offered excellent access to the city center. Car parking proximity to Derbion was definitely convenient, and the charges deal worked well. I thought the staff were friendly and efficient, particularly Bethany. She really makes you feel at home.
The sofa bed in my room was uncomfortable. Mould was visible around the shower area, i thought. The shower head definitely needs replacing.

The hotel sits very close to the city center and bus station, a plus. Taxis are easily accessible from the hotel, SO convenience is assured. This makes traveling around the area easy.

modern room excellent breakfast kind staff
i had A super clean and modern room. the breakfast was excellent. the staff were also very kind AND helpful.
The air conditioning wasn't working well. IT was so hot that IT was impossible to sleep. I would have cancelled if I knew.

I was pleased that our room, a Double Room, was upgraded to a king size. The shopping center Derbion is very close to the hotel. The breakfast included a wide selection of both continental items and cooked options. The hotel's central location makes it easy to find.
I found the sofa bed in our room uncomfortable. I noticed mold around the shower, so the shower head needs replacement. The bathroom door also showed damage.
