The staff was fantastic, very helpful, and cute. Our room was super clean and cozy. I especially liked the little touches, like shampoo and conditioner being supplied. The kettle was even pre-filled. (A nice detail!)
The bathroom lacked heating, it was chilly. This made showering not very comfortable. The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom. I hope they address these issues .

The room had a comfortable bed and nice decor. i found the food options to be great and of high standard. the staff were friendly and professional . breakfast was excellent with great service. I appreciated it.
The toilet seat felt a little wobbly. It could use some tightening.
