The fresh, new room was lovely! The bed was SO comfy. I was walked to my room, a sweet touch.
The faulty air conditioning unit was loud. It kept me awake most of the night. I told the staff the next day and even played a time-stamped recording. I had no further response from them.

the hotel looked beautiful. the bar and restaurant were very well decorated and super clean. the breakfast choice was good. the staff was pleasant!!!
the lunch and dinner menu seemed disappointing. it reminded me of preprepared dishes were more for profit than guest enjoyment. the food reminded me of fast food. i wish there were fresher, more gourmet options!!!
