I had to change rooms twice in five nights because my room wasn't cleaned! Each time, the reception staff acted like it wasn't their fault. The first time, I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes, but cleaning never even started. I was disappointed by this experience.

i found the location convenient. the room had an electric kettle for coffee. linens were clean, which i appreciated. the staff at the reception were very friendly.

the ac did not work well! the light in the room was very bad. i could not see well enough to take out my contact lenses. the breakfast was pretty basic.

The balcony door did not close properly. My neighbors also had difficulty, and they were making lots of noise. Because they tried to close the door repeatedly. It was quite noisy! The breakfast room was a large, echoey hall. There were constant shortages of nearly everything on the buffet, the staff were doing their best, but there was not enough staff for such a large room.
