balcony view good staff great location
The twin room included a balcony with AMAZING views. BREAKFAST was good. I also appreciated the great staff. I found the location to be very GOOD with good transport connections.

convenient location generous room efficient cleaning comfortable bed
I found navigating the area straightforward, the location was very convenient. My room was generously sized, it even included a balcony! The shower worked wonderfully, and I slept soundly on the comfortable bed. I also appreciated the efficient daily cleaning service the staff provided.

clean room great location thin wall surly staff
the room was clean and everything i needed was there. the location was great with easy access to public transport.
The walls were very thin. I could hear conversations. the breakfast staff were quite surly. I almost didn't go down.

The breakfast had a good variety of items.
I had to change rooms twice in five nights because my room wasn't cleaned! Each time, the reception staff acted like it wasn't their fault. The first time, I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes, but cleaning never even started. I was disappointed by this experience.

convenient location electric kettle clean linens bad light basic breakfast ac malfunction
i found the location convenient. the room had an electric kettle for coffee. linens were clean, which i appreciated. the staff at the reception were very friendly.
the ac did not work well! the light in the room was very bad. i could not see well enough to take out my contact lenses. the breakfast was pretty basic.

noisy room buffet shortages
The balcony door did not close properly. My neighbors also had difficulty, and they were making lots of noise. Because they tried to close the door repeatedly. It was quite noisy! The breakfast room was a large, echoey hall. There were constant shortages of nearly everything on the buffet, the staff were doing their best, but there was not enough staff for such a large room.
