same foodlong waits
the breakfast lacked variety. i stayed several nights and found the food offerings to be the same each morning. there were very few local options (i expected more from a breakfast in portugal!).

The front desk staff was helpful when i arrived early and stored my luggage. The room was cleaned daily. Everything felt fresh. Breakfast cost 10 euros and had eggs, toast, and deli meats. I found the subway access very convenient (it is close). the city center is about a 10-minute walk (easy to reach).
I noticed many homeless people and tents outside the hotel. It made the area appear dirty.

the staff provided a+ service. i arrived early and left my luggage while i explored the city for a few hours. the room was cleaned daily. i also appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby, where coffee cost two euros. breakfast was available for ten euros and included eggs, toast, sweets, and deli meats. this provided a typical european-style breakfast.
the bathroom wasn't completely up to date.
