helpful staff good-sized shower limited weights soft bed
The location was quite convenient. Both a convenience store and a supermarket were within a five-minute walk. the staff were helpful, and the room included a good-sized shower with the usual amenities.
the gym had only a few cardio machines with limited weight options. i found the bed a little too soft, and it affected my sleep quality. i also experienced some neck pain.

uncomfortable mattress stale pastries
The mattress provided little support. i felt the springs digging into my back each night. the breakfast selection was also quite disappointing. Choices were limited, and the quality seemed subpar. i specifically remember the fruit looking unappealing and the pastries tasting stale. i expected a higher standard, given the hotel's rating.

i found the hotel location convenient, within walking distance of the central business district. there's a 7-eleven and a woolworths nearby for snacks (very practical!). the staff were friendly and helpful.
i noticed a little dust on some surfaces.
