clean room helpful staff flat pillows dangerous drain
the room was clean. the staff was helpful, i appreciate them dropping my crutches at the hospital after i left them in my room. it was a good customer service.
the pillows on the bed are flat. they are lumpy and uncomfortable. the semi-circle drain in the carpark is slippery and dangerous. my wife slipped in the drains edge and got injuries.
